Chef Nicholas Fredenburg has dedicated his professional life to becoming a chef. He values honest, wholesome food, and tries to bring that to his guests’ plate. Chef Fredenburg believes cooking is an opportunity to educate and share part of his own experiences.

Chef Fredenburg began cooking at first job in a kitchen at the age of fourteen. He was inspired to continue his education, later enrolling in Johnson & Wales University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Nutrition. He has spent the last five years training under several chefs throughout the Saratoga Springs area and even had the opportunity to become ACF certified.

Chef Fredenburg has participated in a variety of cooking events such as Chowderfest and the Saratoga Food & Wine Festival, and has given back to the community by providing dinner for the Franklin Community Center.

Chef Fredenburg is proud to be a part of the Saratoga restaurant community. He is eager to help it prosper and grow. In the future, Chef Fredenburg plans to open a local, low cost catering and entertainment business.
